The principal consultant with Stonecross is John Finlayson, who has been working in software development for over 20 years. He has broad experience of software in different industries, including financial, retail, requirements management and employee benefits systems, and has worked in various roles within the IT industry. John has an in-depth knowledge of many different languages and environments. Originally specializing in C and relational databases, the emphasis over the past few years has moved to Java, web design, and XML.
